The Sully family is worried about Spider as he gets used to living with the Metkayina clan. They travel with the Tlalim Clan, known as Wind Traders, hoping to reach their High Camp with Spider. Unfortunately, the Mangkwan Clan, also called the Ash People, attacks them, interrupting their journey.

The RDA is trying to recover from its recent loss and is starting to plan another attack.
