The best team of misfit soldiers is returning in another limited series from Dark Horse Comics.
Dark Horse Comics announced that the team behind the popular comic The Bad Batch: Ghost Agents is returning with a new installment in the Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories series, titled The Bad Batch — Rogue Agents. You can find a sneak peek at the first issue, scheduled to be released on December 31st, below.

The Bad Batch returns in a new comic from Dark Horse! During the Clone Wars, a scientist working for the Separatists disappears along with a powerful invention. Clone Force 99—the Bad Batch—is tasked with finding them both before the invention can be misused.
When Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, and Tech reach the scientist’s old lab, they discover they’re not alone in the search—and this mission is unlike anything they’ve experienced before!
The Bad Batch, a team of elite Clone Troopers, first appeared in the final season of the popular animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. These clones are unique because they each have genetic mutations that give them special skills. Their nicknames – like those of its members – give viewers a good idea of what each clone is good at.
I first noticed these guys, Clone Force 99, popping up in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but they really got their own time to shine with Star Wars: The Bad Batch. I binged the whole series from 2021 to 2024 – it ended up having 47 episodes, which was awesome!
Throughout its time on television, The Bad Batch has received positive feedback from both critics and viewers. Currently, the series has an 88% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 56 professional reviews, and an 84% audience score.

Fans were excited to see the Bad Batch return in the comic book Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch — Ghost Agents this February. Written by Michael Moreci, with art by Reese Hannigan, Elisabetta D’Amico, and Michael Atiyeh, the comic allowed readers to revisit the popular Clone Troopers almost a year after the end of their TV series.
The first issue of Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch — Rogue Agents, a new comic from Dark Horse Comics, will be available in comic shops on December 31st.
