HBO’s latest trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms connects the stories of House of the Dragon and Game of Thrones, focusing on a new period featuring the Targaryen family. The prequel will finally show some of the most famous Targaryens from Game of Thrones history on screen when it premieres on January 18, 2026.
I was at CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil, covering the event for ScreenRant, and got to see the final trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms live! The room was packed and everyone was so excited. You can check out the trailer below!
