Disney+ Reveals 14 Best Christmas TV Episodes To Stream In 2025

Disney+ just released a video showcasing 14 great Christmas episodes you can stream this holiday season. With so much festive TV available across different platforms, it can be tough to find something good to watch. That’s why it’s helpful when streaming services pick out some of their top recommendations.

While plenty of new holiday movies and shows are coming out – like Netflix’s upcoming film, My Secret Santa – Disney+ is encouraging viewers to enjoy some beloved, classic TV episodes this Christmas season.

Disney+ announced on Instagram that it will be streaming 14 different Christmas episodes during the 2025 holiday season. The lineup includes classic shows like Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zach & Cody, as well as popular animated series for adults like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

Each of these titles is now streaming as part of the Disney+ or Hulu on Disney+ library.

14 of the Best Christmas TV Episodes on Disney+

Family Guy (2025 Christmas Special)

The latest Christmas episode of Family Guy playfully spoofs typical holiday movies. Titled “Disney’s Hulu’s Family Guy’s Hallmark Channel’s Lifetime’s Familiar Holiday Movie,” the 2025 special features a funny take on the classic story of a city dweller (Lois Griffin) who finds romance while visiting a quaint small town for Christmas.

Lilo & Stitch: The Series (Season 1, Episode 21)

The first season of Lilo & Stitch: The Series featured a Christmas episode, “Topper,” in December 2003. The episode follows Lilo and Stitch (who recently appeared in a live-action remake) as they attempt to teach the meaning of Christmas to their alien friends.

Hannah Montana (Season 3, Episode 5)

As a total movie and TV fan, I have to say that the Hannah Montana Season 3 episode, “Killing Me Softly With His Height,” is a really fun way to get into the holiday spirit! It’s a classic Disney adventure where Miley’s character, Miley, agrees to go on a date with a cute classmate, but things get a little awkward when she realizes he’s much shorter than she expected. It’s genuinely hilarious and a sweet Christmas episode!

The Simpsons (Season 17, Episode 9)

It’s common for TV shows to air Christmas-themed episodes, and Season 17 of The Simpsons was no different. Episode 9 featured three separate stories: Ned Flanders reluctantly leading a Christmas service, Grampa Simpson attempting to take down Santa Claus, and the students of Springfield Elementary putting on a performance of The Nutcracker.

Ultimate Spider-Man (Season 3, Episode 22)

Even on Christmas, Spider-Man is always working! In Season 3, Episode 22 of Disney’s Ultimate Spider-Man, Spidey gets a frightening glimpse of a world without a hero when the villain Nightmare traps him in a twisted dream.

The Proud Family (Season 1, Episode 11)

The Proud Family episode “Seven Days of Kwanzaa” (Season 1, Episode 11) focuses on the real spirit of the holidays. The episode shows the Proud family helping a family in need during a difficult Christmas season.

The Cleveland Show (Season 1, Episode 9)

In 2009, the animated series The Cleveland Show aired its first Christmas episode. Titled “A Cleveland Brown Christmas,” the 22-minute special follows the Brown family as they enjoy classic holiday traditions – choosing a Christmas tree, visiting Santa, having dinner, and ultimately, working to keep the magic of Christmas alive.

Shake It Up (Season 3, Episode 5)

Before she was scaling skyscrapers in Spider-Man or traversing the deserts of Dune, Zendaya was captivating a younger audience on the Disney Channel’s Shake It Up. And let me tell you, one episode is a real standout. In Season 3, Episode 5, the show puts a surprisingly clever spin on A Christmas Carol. It’s fun to see Zendaya as Rocky Blue – or rather, the ‘Ghost of Christmas Dance’ – guiding Bella Thorne’s CeCe through a dream sequence after CeCe inadvertently breaks up a couple. It’s a charming and creative take on the classic story, and a neat little time capsule showing Zendaya’s early talent.

Austin & Ally (Season 3, Episode 5)

In the Austin & Ally episode “Mix Ups & Mistletoes” (Season 3, Episode 5), Austin and Ally are scheduled to perform at a holiday party for kids and give out Austin-themed dolls. But a problem at the doll factory creates a last-minute crisis with the performance quickly approaching.

The Ghost of Molly McGee (Season 1, Episode 10)

In Season 1, Episode 10 of The Ghost of Molly McGee, a special two-part holiday episode unfolds. The first part shows the McGee family discovering Hanukkah while the city experiences a blackout. The second part features Molly trying to help her dad bring back the town’s Christmas festival after it’s canceled due to funding issues.

Big City Greens (Season 2, Episode 7)

The seventh episode of Season 2 of Big City Greens was the show’s very first Christmas special. It first aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD in December 2019 and follows Tilly as she tries to help Cricket make amends for his bad behavior throughout the year, hoping he can turn things around before Christmas Eve.

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (Season 1, Episode 21)

The twenty-first episode of Season 1 of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody takes place during Christmas at the Tipton Hotel, marking Zack and Cody’s first holiday season living in New York City. The episode features a snowstorm that traps everyone inside, and Maddie cleverly manipulates the hotel’s Secret Santa to ensure she receives a particularly nice gift from the wealthy London Tipton.

Bob’s Burgers (Season 4, Episode 8)

In Season 4, Episode 8 of Bob’s Burgers (“Christmas in the Car”), the Belcher family starts celebrating Christmas a bit prematurely. They buy their Christmas tree on November 1st, but quickly realize they need a new one and embark on a road trip to find it – which turns out to be more complicated than they expected.

Kim Possible (Season 2, Episode 16)

The Kim Possible episode “A Very Possible Christmas” (Season 2, Episode 16) sees Kim and her sidekick Ron stopping Doctor Drakken’s Christmas scheme. The episode is also notable for being one of the first to suggest a possible romantic connection between Kim and Ron.
