One escort, Daniel Philip, stated that Diddy took a photo of his driver’s license, which he felt was an intimidation tactic.

Ultimately, Diddy was found guilty of arranging transportation and payment for the men involved. However, the defense believes interviews with many other male escorts who were questioned by prosecutors could potentially help lessen Diddy’s sentence.

While prosecutors view these escorts as victims, the defense disagrees with that characterization.
