
DC Comics is allowing its super-fans to get even closer to through an all-new attraction.
Warner Bros. Discovery and DC Studios are creating a new immersive attraction called Superman Experience: Defenders Unite. Opening April 18, 2026, at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, the walkthrough experience will let guests feel like they have superpowers, work together, and even ‘fly’ with Superman using advanced motion capture, 3D glasses, and high-quality sound.
Warner Bros. shared a preview of what visitors can expect when the Superman Experience: Defenders Unite attraction opens.
The press release highlights the main attractions and activities. The central part of the experience, built around the Fortress of Solitude, will include fun, interactive games, interesting items to see, and great spots for taking pictures to share on social media, such as:
- A life-sized audio Superman’s Kryptonian robot companion.
- Doghouse of Solitude mini-game, where fans can play catch with Krypto.
- A two-player puzzle game where guests can activate the Phantom Zone Projector.
- As guests complete the activities listed above – along with more activities yet to be revealed – the Chaos Crystal on display will activate the entire Fortress of Solitude.
What Else Can Fans Expect From Superman Experience: Defenders Unite?
The new attraction, Superman Experience: Defenders Unite, will offer fans a completely original story unfolding at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood. Guests will enter the Fortress of Solitude, where Superman enlists their help and grants them Kryptonian powers for a vital mission. Using cutting-edge technology, visitors will feel like they’re flying with Superman, training with Krypto the Superdog at the Kent Farm, and ultimately joining him in a massive showdown against the villain Darkseid. The fate of Earth rests on the shoulders of you and your team of new superheroes as you work alongside Superman to save humanity, according to a recent announcement.
Visitors can enjoy refreshments at the Fortress of Solitude while browsing Superman-themed items at the pop-up shop. Warner Bros. will also be giving away a special new comic book, Superman: Defenders United, written by Josh Trujillo and featuring cover art by Bernard Chang.
