Fans are getting their first full look at Bullseye in a costume that closely resembles his comic book appearance for the Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again. Wilson Bethel will return as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter, having delivered some of the biggest surprises in the first season of Born Again. Season 2 begins streaming on Disney+ on Tuesday, March 24.
A recent TV commercial for Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again gave fans the clearest view yet of Wilson Bethel’s costume as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter. The ad includes several quick shots of Bethel in action, sporting the character’s famous blue suit. This version of the suit even includes the classic bullseye symbol on his forehead, a key feature of the villain in the comic books.

The video provides a clear view of Poindexter’s suit, showcasing the iconic eyeholes in his mask beneath the bullseye on his forehead. A holster is positioned on his chest, allowing him quick access to his weapon.

There’s this great shot where we finally get a really good look at the villain. The camera slowly moves in on his face, and you can really appreciate the details – like the black fabric on his shoulders and the blue checkered pattern on his mask. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought into his look, which is a cool touch!

Later in the scene, Poindexter demonstrates his impressive agility by effortlessly throwing knives at his opponents.

Fans are finally seeing the new Bullseye costume in action! We got a first look at the comic-inspired design in promotional images for Season 2 earlier this year, and this is the first time he’s worn a costume featuring the iconic bullseye on his forehead.
The second season of Daredevil: Born Again is set to be released by Marvel Studios in 2026. Starring Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Krysten Ritter, Deborah Ann Woll, and Wilson Bethel, the new season will follow Daredevil as he gathers a team to reclaim New York City after Mayor Fisk imposes martial law.
Bullseye’s Impact on Daredevil: Born Again Season 2

Bullseye has already caused major problems in Daredevil: Born Again. He killed Foggy Nelson in the very first episode, was imprisoned, and later broke out. He then attempted to kill Wilson Fisk, shooting at him and ultimately causing Matt Murdock to be seriously wounded, almost dying before the season ended.
Poindexter is currently facing a particularly difficult situation in his Marvel storyline, attempting to make amends but with a flawed understanding of how to do so. Trailers show Matt Murdock rescuing him from a task force targeting vigilantes, even though they aren’t yet allies.
Bullseye might find some sort of resolution if he can eliminate Wilson Fisk and Vanessa, but that probably won’t happen this season. Still, his unpredictable behavior will definitely cause problems for Matt as he tries to defeat Fisk and his new leadership.
