An official Attack on Titan mode is coming to the popular game Roblox. This is a direct result of many fans already creating their own versions of the experience. A demo of the mode was recently showcased at a large gaming convention, and it’s being developed by a team with a history of award-winning work. So, even though the original Attack on Titan story has finished, fans can now look forward to even more fun!

As a film enthusiast, I’ve always considered The Battle of Algiers a masterpiece, and a key example of the Italian neorealism movement. What really struck me is how the filmmakers used mostly non-professional actors – people who actually lived through the Algerian War – and shot it in a stark, black-and-white style. It feels incredibly authentic and documentary-like. It’s no surprise that directors I admire, like Stanley Kubrick, George Miller, and Christopher Nolan, have all mentioned it as a huge influence. Many consider it one of the best films ever made, and thankfully, it’s easily accessible – you can stream it on HBO Max.

That title still goes to the iconic Season One finale, “The We We Are.” That episode was truly exceptional, unlike most things you see on TV. It was a unique experience – a raw, uninterrupted, 40-minute burst of intense panic cleverly presented as a show. It was a groundbreaking experiment in building tension in real-time, and it remains one of the most clever and unsettling episodes ever made. It didn’t simply end with a cliffhanger; it redefined the very feeling of one.

As a big fan, I’m really encouraged by how well the latest Fantastic Four movie has been received! It feels like this could mean really good things for the team going forward. Bloodlines was directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, however, reports indicate they are looking for a new director for the seventh film. New Line Cinema is currently in discussions with Belgian director Michiel Blanchart to helm Final Destination 7. Depending on who you ask, A Serbian Film is seen as either a meaningless movie, or a powerful political statement. The director, Srđan Spasojević, has explained that the controversial film is “a diary of how the Serbian government has harmed us,” and further stated:

Some people believe a remake of Sonic Adventure would simply be a way to quickly make money, while others think it’s smart to avoid it, pointing to the many challenges that come with remaking older games. Sonic Team has stated they’d rather focus on creating new ideas instead of revisiting past titles. This decision has led to both criticism and praise, with many acknowledging the inherent complexities of such a project.

Following several months of legal submissions, the judge has sided with the Sandman author’s lawyers, who argued that the U.S. was not the appropriate location for the lawsuit. Judge James D. Peterson determined that, under the legal principle of “forum no conveniens”-which allows a judge to dismiss a case if it would be better heard elsewhere-the case should not move forward in the United States. Importantly, Peterson clarified that he did not evaluate any of the evidence presented, and his decision does not indicate whether the claims made are accurate or not.
