First Reaction – Blood Predator is the typical late-night horror movie.

If you’re looking for a unique and critically acclaimed show, check out the HBO gem Los Espookys. It’s rare for a TV series to get perfect scores across all seasons on Rotten Tomatoes, but this one does! Created by and starring genuine horror fans Julio Torres, Ana Fabrega, and Fred Armisen (from Portlandia), along with Bernardo Velasco and Cassandra Ciangherotti, the show is full of classic horror elements and is utterly charming.

The second-to-last episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks was likely the best Star Trek crossover event to date. Titled “Fissure Quest,” it featured a journey across multiple universes with Jack Quaid voicing Captain William Boimler and Tawny Newsome playing a different version of Ensign Beckett Mariner. The episode also brought back familiar faces from past Star Trek series, including Alexander Siddig as Dr. Julian Bashir, Andrew Robinson as Elim Garak, Garrett Wang in multiple roles as Harry Kim, and Alfre Woodard as Lily Sloane.

I’ve always been struck by how impactful Luke’s betrayal is in both the Sea of Monsters book and the Disney+ series. It’s not just about damaging a tree; it’s about hurting the memory of someone so important. You see, before Thalia became the tree protecting Camp Half-Blood, she, Annabeth, and Luke were inseparable. They were a team who faced so much together, and Thalia ultimately sacrificed herself to save them. Then Zeus transformed her into that very tree, making it a powerful, magical defense for the camp. Knowing all that makes Luke’s actions feel so much more personal and devastating.

Jacob Tierney’s new series, Heated Rivalry, immediately grabbed our attention with its first two episodes. While it initially gained buzz for its explicit content and nudity, viewers quickly became invested in the compelling connection between the characters Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, thanks to the fantastic performances and chemistry between actors Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie.

Several missing movies were added on December 1st, including Sean Connery’s early hits – Dr. No, From Russia With Love, and Goldfinger – plus Daniel Craig’s Spectre. The only Bond film not currently available on the platform is the 1983 movie Never Say Never Again, which isn’t considered part of the official series by some fans.

I’m a huge fan of Percy Jackson and the Olympians! The show is all about Percy finding out he’s Poseidon’s son and learning where he fits into the world of Greek mythology. It’s such a fun adventure, and it’s cool to see him and his friends grow up – they were all around 12 or 13 in the first season, with Walker Scobell and Leah Jeffries being about 13 or 14. But things are getting really intense now in Season 2, and a much bigger challenge is coming their way!

Like many HBO shows from the 2000s, True Blood was known for being steamy, atmospheric, and playfully over-the-top. Fans of supernatural dramas absolutely loved it, so it wasn’t a shock when HBO announced a reboot in 2020. However, according to HBO CEO Casey Bloys (as reported by TV Line), that reboot is no longer happening. The original True Blood just doesn’t quite fit with the kind of content HBO is producing now.

Duffer Brothers shared details about the second part of Stranger Things season 5 on Instagram on Thursday. They revealed the titles and directors of the upcoming episodes, which are scheduled to be released on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025.

The show was canceled by NBC due to low viewership, but fans have been asking for it to return for the past ten years.
