BUC-EE’S: Driving a Resurgence in the Family Road Trip

Remember the Griswolds? The “holiday road” is making a comeback!

Remember the Griswolds? The “holiday road” is making a comeback!

In a recent chat on Island Talk, the winner of Survivor shared her thoughts about contestants who should have been included in the latest season but weren’t. Her list of three candidates aligns perfectly with my own opinions. Take a look at her reasons below…

It appears that four significant characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) are rumored to have key roles in Marvel Studios’ “Armor Wars.” This Iron Man-focused tale was originally intended to explore a darker aspect of the iconic hero’s enduring legacy, particularly concerning his technology. With Tony Stark’s emotional sacrifice in “Avengers: Endgame,” it seems those closest to him are poised to carry on this narrative.

Ever since the debut of Evolution, Voit has been stirring up issues within the team. Even though Season 3 reverted back to the weekly format for unsolved cases, Voit persisted and continued to be a presence. He’s the only recurring unsub who has appeared in three consecutive seasons, whether he’s working with or against the FBI. Viewers have grown to both despise and admire his character, making him someone they love to hate and perhaps even hate to love. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Messer revealed some insight into Voit’s role in Season 4:

The team responsible for casting the newest Hunger Games prequel are Debra Zane, who casted the original movies, and Dylan Jury (who handled casting for The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes). Collectively, they have selected talent ranging from choosing Ralph Fiennes for President Snow’s role to discovering the new Haymitch actor who bears a striking resemblance to Woody Harrelson. As shared by Zane in an interview with Teen Vogue, this is their approach:

In a recent interview, Danielle Colby, the organizer and office manager for the Pickers, spoke about missing their former colleague Fritz. She particularly emphasized his quick wit, describing it as a crucial aspect of his personality that had always been present in his life. It was evident from her words that they deeply miss working with him.

In addition to returning Happy Gilmore OGs, such as Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, and Ben Stiller, the list of celebrities set to appear in Happy Gilmore 2 is impressively stacked. Bad Bunny, Margaret Qualley, Eminem, and just about every big name in golf. Oh, and I can’t forget Travis Kelce, who pitched himself upon hearing the highly anticipated Sandler film was in the works. The Grown Ups star raved about Kelce, the newly minted actor, to ET, but also admitted to being a Swiftie, saying the Sandler Clan are huge fans:

Frankly speaking, though I wasn’t completely taken aback by the data, it still felt a bit surprising. After all, “Suits,” a well-known and lengthy drama, usually garners more viewers than the fresh cooking series, “With Love, Meghan.” Yet, the gap in their positions on Netflix’s What We Watched list was larger than I anticipated. The first season of “Suits” ranks 151st, while “With Love, Meghan” debuted at a much lower position, 383rd.

Enthusiasts eagerly anticipating the resolution of the cliffhanger in “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” received some good news earlier this year when “Beyond the Spider-Verse” was scheduled for a release on June 4, 2027 during CinemaCon 2025. However, there’s been a minor shift in plans, and the movie will now premiere on June 25, 2027. In a recent update shared on X, producer Chris Miller explained that this delay is not due to any issues with the film itself, but rather to perfect one aspect of its release strategy. In his post, which confirmed the new date, Miller highlighted…

2025’s “Superman” marks the beginning of the DCU on the big screen, promising to delve into the complexities of divine power and terrifying darkness – a motif that has long been a part of DC Comics’ rich history. The initial lineup of projects hints at this direction, but there are many more stories yet to be revealed.
