With the end of Stranger Things on January 1, 2026, after nine seasons, everyone immediately started looking for a new show to fill the void. Netflix has responded with an animated spin-off, Stranger Things: Tales from ’85, which seems very much like a continuation of the original story, featuring familiar characters and taking place during the earlier seasons.
The Monsterverse has quickly become known for introducing a lot of giant creatures, or Titans, into its stories. Godzilla and Kong are the mainstays, serving as the foundation for everything else. It all started with the 2014 Godzilla film, which brought the MUTOs into the mix. Then came Kong: Skull Island in 2017, featuring a whole host of monsters on the island. The 2019 film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, really expanded the universe, introducing Titans like Mothra, Rodan, and the three-headed King Ghidorah.

Wesley Snipes’ 2012 film is a prime example – it’s a strange and unusual movie, but it’s entertainingly bad and worth watching for that reason.
The new show Marshals, starring Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton, began airing on CBS on March 1st. Despite continued strong interest in the Yellowstone world, the series didn’t receive positive reviews right away. In fact, Marshals recently earned a low score of 43% on Rotten Tomatoes, setting a disappointing record for the platform.
