While visiting the set of this superhero film, TopMob interviewed David Corenswet, who fondly recalled the casting process. He specifically mentioned working with an actress from the Barbie series, who was nearly cast as the sharp and lively Daily Planet reporter.

This month, I chose to revisit “The Notebook” on Netflix since it’s been 20 years since my initial viewing. The memorable duo of Allie (Rachel McAdams) and Noah (Ryan Gosling) from this non-romantic comedy caught my attention again. Some fans anticipate that this revamped universe could potentially recreate DC’s golden age of superhero entertainment.

In the year 2025, Superman made his grand entrance with a staggering domestic opening weekend of $122 million, placing it as the third largest opening weekend of that year. Interestingly, only two other films had greater openings – “A Minecraft Movie” ($162.7 million) and “Lilo & Stitch” ($146 million), surpassing the debut of Man of Steel in 2013 which was $116.6 million.
