Look, I don’t know what the future holds with the investigation surrounding Rob Reiner and his family, but one thing is certain: the first ten years of his directing career are legendary. Seriously, it’s one of the strongest starts for any filmmaker in Hollywood. And the great news is, a lot of those fantastic 80s and 90s movies are available to stream right now. Though, fair warning, if you’re craving The Sure Thing, you might have to dig out a DVD or VHS!

The show Teen Wolf built a complex world filled with werewolves, memorable villains, and a rich history of supernatural creatures in the town of Beacon Hills. While many fans were disappointed when Teen Wolf ended after season 6, looking back, it might have been a good decision to wrap things up then, as the show’s storylines were becoming increasingly complicated.

Nick Reiner, age 32, was arrested late Sunday and booked Monday morning in connection with the deaths of his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner. According to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department records, he was booked at 5:04 a.m. Pacific Time on December 15th, with bail set at $4 million. While the Los Angeles Police Department hasn’t commented yet, they have told Deadline that more information will be released soon.

The eight-episode series 11.22.63 follows Jake Epping (James Franco), a teacher who travels back in time with the goal of preventing the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. However, things become more difficult for Jake as he starts to build a life and form connections in the past. The series also stars Sarah Gadon, Lucy Fry, George MacKay, and Daniel Webber.

Apparently, Scarlett Johansson is also in talks to play a major villain, so the movie’s shaping up to have a seriously amazing cast. We don’t know what roles either of them will play yet, but it’s definitely exciting!

Following James Gunn’s denial of rumors that Dave Bautista was up for the role of Brainiac, Jeff Sneider – a well-known industry insider originally credited with starting the speculation – used X (formerly Twitter) to clarify he hadn’t been the source. He also publicly criticized CBR Deputy Editor Sean O’Connell in the process.

As awards season gains momentum, the film One Battle After Another will become available to stream on HBO Max starting Friday, December 19th.

The plan initially sounds fantastic – instead of just one preview, we’re getting four! That means four times as much potential footage, character introductions, and other exciting details. Who wouldn’t want even more reveals about the upcoming Doomsday film than expected?
