According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast of Highlander has been expanded to include Kevin McKidd, Siobhán Cullen, Jun Jong-seo, and Nassim Lyes.

As a huge Marvel fan, it’s been amazing to see so many iconic villains like Thanos, Loki, Ultron, and Kang finally brought to life on the big screen in the MCU. And it’s not just happening within Marvel’s movies anymore! Sony’s Spider-Man Universe has also given us some great takes on Spider-Man’s enemies. Even though the last SSU film didn’t do so well, the action sequences were honestly on par with some of the best stuff Marvel’s done.

Netflix has officially renewed the series Nobody Wants This for a third season, just 12 days after the premiere of season 2.

The most recent Terminator film, Dark Fate, came out in 2019. Despite the iconic line from the first movie, “I’ll be back,” it’s unclear if another sequel will be made anytime soon. This could be due to the film’s poor performance at the box office, or simply because audiences have moved on. However, with movie franchises, there’s always a chance for a continuation – perhaps in another ten years, with a new director at the helm.

For ten seasons, Friends showed us the ups and downs of Monica, Chandler, Joey, Phoebe, Rachel, and Ross as they navigated life and love. While each character had their issues, Ross often came across as the most problematic due to his actions and words.

Inspired by and very similar to Squid Game, The Challenge builds the same intense atmosphere, focusing on the emotional impact when players are defeated—though eliminations are presented as dramatic performances rather than actual deaths. The show is captivating and remarkably true to the spirit of the original, twisted game.

As a big fan of atmospheric dramas, I’m really excited about this new show! It’s adapted from Anne Rice’s Lives of the Mayfair Witches – a fantastic trilogy of books she originally published between 1990 and 1994. I remember discovering those books years ago and being completely captivated!

According to a recent analysis of David Ellison’s first 100 days as Paramount’s head, the studio is unlikely to make a fourth movie featuring the cast of the recent Star Trek films. Variety reports that Paramount is now focusing on a new Star Trek movie with a different cast, meaning Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and the other actors from J.J. Abrams’ 2009 Star Trek and its sequels (Star Trek Into Darkness in 2013 and Star Trek Beyond in 2016) won’t be returning. Abrams produced those films.

A preview of DC Comics’ Absolute Superman #13 (from Jason Aaron, Rafa Sandoval, Ulises Arreola, and Becca Carey) shows Superman battling a massive army of Peacemakers from the Lazarus Corporation in the middle of the Battle of Kansas. While the Lazarus Corporation throws soldiers, tanks, and drones at him, they can’t overcome the incredible power of Superman’s suit and its AI, Sol. Sol not only helps Superman fight off the attackers, but also allows him to create a new, crimson Fortress of Solitude rising from the ground, effectively creating a boundary the Peacemakers can’t cross.
