Actor Frank Grillo, who plays Rick Flag Sr., acknowledged the discrepancy in his character’s hair color throughout different appearances within the DC Universe. Initially, in the 2024 release of Creature Commandos, Rick Flag Sr.’s character was depicted with white hair and a full white beard. However, when he reappeared in Superman, his original black hair and short facial hair were back, representing a significant shift from just a few months prior.

Although Ubisoft claims the language isn’t novel, having been around for more than ten years, critics counter by stating it symbolizes a consumer-unfriendly strategy that devalues the worth of bought games.
