They’re just two pals who have a lot of fun and don’t take themselves too seriously, and it’s really endearing to see.
We’re both a little clueless, and somehow we always end up meeting halfway. Mostly, we just enjoy watching movies and spending time with our kids.
You know, it’s hard to put your finger on what makes a really strong connection between people – I feel that with some of my closest friends, it just *is*. And it struck me as funny when Machine Gun Kelly talked about him and Pete Davidson just ‘watching movies’ together. That totally makes sense, considering Pete’s a big VHS collector! Honestly, the image of those two chilling out and enjoying a film is surprisingly endearing. It’s the same vibe I got from Kelly’s really charming and funny acceptance speech at the Fashion Media Awards – just a genuinely sweet moment.
I want to thank my husband, Pete, and my wonderful daughter for their support tonight. I’m really nervous, but this is a huge honor. It means a lot to me, especially because I’ve often felt like an outsider in this close-knit community.

It’s hard to say what the future holds, but Baker and Davidson clearly have a strong connection right now. It’ll be interesting to watch how their friendship changes over time. They have a lot of energy and fun together now, as you’d expect from friends their age, and I’m curious to see how they’ll be interacting when they’re older, perhaps around 50. Hopefully, their friendship will continue to flourish.
