Avengers: Doomsday fans are confused after fake poster goes viral

Fans of Marvel found themselves puzzled after spotting a phony D23 Avengers: Doomsday poster. The deceptive artwork depicts Doctor Doom standing on the right side, facing off against the Fantastic Four, X-Men, and the Avengers.

Given the high anticipation for Avengers: Doomsday, it’s likely that false information about the film will surface online, causing confusion among fans. Marvel Studios has been cautious about revealing too much about the project. During D23, the company unveiled a promotional teaser showcasing glimpses of footage and dialogue from Avengers: Doomsday. The teaser highlighted some of the confirmed cast members and characters from earlier series installments, such as Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson/Captain America, Letitia Wright’s Shuri/Black Panther, Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, and Patrick Stewart’s Charles Xavier/Professor X.

At the event, it was mentioned that Anthony and Joe Russo, the film’s directors, appeared through a prerecorded video. Additionally, Paul Rudd, reprising his role as Scott Lang/Ant-Man for Doomsday, joined in the communication.

In this upcoming production, we have Robert Downey Jr. portraying Victor von Doom, also known as Doctor Doom; Pedro Pascal taking on the role of Reed Richards, or Mister Fantastic; and Tom Hiddleston stepping into the shoes of Loki.
