These movies are definitely not for everyone. While some are more graphic than others, even the ideas themselves can be disturbing and unsettling for many viewers.

The original Avengers team included Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Ant-Man, and Wasp. They first teamed up to stop Loki, Thor’s brother. Later, Iron Man and a new group of heroes formed the most recent Avengers team over 50 years later, starting with *Avengers* Vol. 5 #1.

Recent Marvel movies like *Captain America: Brave New World*, *Snow White*, *Thunderbolts*, *Elio*, *Fantastic Four*, *Freakier Friday*, and now *Tron: Ares* haven’t performed as well as hoped. This is a significant downturn for a studio previously known for consistently successful franchises.

It seems like live-action remakes are incredibly popular right now, particularly for Disney. Universal has also joined the trend with a new live-action take on *How To Train Your Dragon*. When Maggie Kang, the creator and director of *KPop Demon Hunters*, was asked about the possibility of a live-action remake of her film, she shared her thoughts with BBC:

In a recent interview with EW, Marvel executive Kevin Winderbaum revealed more about Josh Hutcherson’s character and how he’ll fit into the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 storyline involving Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin. He confirmed Hutcherson will play a new adversary for Kingpin, someone with comparable power and influence.

Released in 2019, *Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker* (also known as *Star Wars: Episode IX*) is the final film in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Directed and co-written by J.J. Abrams, it follows *The Force Awakens* (2015) and *The Last Jedi* (2017). The film earned over $1.077 billion worldwide.

The new popcorn bucket shaped like the scout ship from the movie *Predator* will likely cost around $40 at Regal and Cinemark theaters. It goes on sale November 7th, and some sources suggest it might be available as early as November 5th.

Honestly, when I heard someone suggest Kubrick directed *All That Jazz*, I was surprised! I always thought of him as this very serious, sci-fi and drama-focused director, and musicals just didn’t seem like his thing. But then I finally watched it, and wow, it all clicked. It totally makes sense now!

Warner Bros. Japan is releasing a new movie next year based on the popular 2004 Japanese light novel *All You Need Is Kill*, written by Hiroshi Sakurazaka and illustrated by Yoshitoshi Abe. The 2014 film *Edge of Tomorrow*, starring Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt and directed by Doug Liman, was also adapted from this novel.

The *Tron* series, if we’re being realistic, hasn’t ever become a massive cultural hit. While it has a dedicated fanbase, much of its appeal relies on fond memories of the original. The first *Tron* movie in 1982 didn’t perform well financially for Disney, which is a big reason why a sequel took almost 30 years to materialize. When *Tron: Legacy* arrived in 2010, Disney hoped that time would bring fans back to the theaters. However, like the recent film *Ares*, *Legacy* didn’t quite succeed because, despite being visually impressive, it lacked a compelling story.
