The latest movie in the planned 28 Years Later series has seen a significant drop in ticket sales, falling 71% over the past two weekends and earning only $635,000 last week. So far, The Bone Temple has made $20 million in the US and $25 million worldwide, but it cost $63 million to produce. Despite hopes that good reviews would help the movie gain momentum, it hasn’t performed well and appears to be failing, much like the characters trying to escape a zombie outbreak.
