In ARC Raiders, Tian Wen will ask for your help with the “Industrial Espionage” quest. She needs you to gather intelligence on Topside, a competitor in weapon supply. This quest follows “Market Correction” and, like that one, provides limited directions for locating the necessary cache. Here’s a complete guide to finding the weapon cache and finishing “Industrial Espionage.”

For the “Industrial Espionage” quest, Tian Wen will send you to Buried City, the game’s most crowded area. Be aware of other players who are also ARC Raiders. When you start the quest, she’ll give you a Burletta pistol, and you need to have a Burletta with you to finish it. You don’t have to use the specific pistol Tian Wen gives you, so if you’ve gotten rid of it, you can buy or find another one.

Weapon Cache Location

Near Buried City Gas Station

In the “Industrial Espionage” mission, your first goal is to locate Tian Wen’s hidden weapons. This cache is near the Gas Station on the northern edge of the Buried City map, an area known as the Outskirts. You can find the Gas Station by zooming in on the map – it’s marked as a point of interest. It’s the furthest northern location in the city, positioned north of the Hospital and east of the Su Durante Warehouses.

The weapon cache is marked with a blue ping on the map, located just southwest of the Gas Station label. It appears very similar to the metal boxes found throughout the game, ARC Raiders, which can be opened and searched (see the image below).

How To Deliver The Burletta & Plant The Bug

Interact With The Weapon Cache Two Times

After you find the weapon stash, finishing the “Industrial Espionage” mission is simple. Just use the stash while you’re carrying a Burletta, then use it again to plant the bug. This completes the last two steps, leaving only the return trip to Speranza to collect your reward from Tian Wen.

Completing the “Industrial Espionage” mission gives you the blueprint for the Burletta pistol. You’ll need to upgrade your gunsmith station to actually craft it. Once you get the blueprint, find it in the miscellaneous section of your inventory. It takes up a stash slot until you learn it, at which point it’s used up.

The “Industrial Espionage” mission doesn’t require you to successfully retrieve anything. Once you’ve installed the bug, you can collect your reward even if you fail the mission. Completing this mission also rewards you with the Burletta, a useful (and uncommon) pistol that uses light ammo, making it a valuable addition to your arsenal in ARC Raiders.
