The Oscars are finally here after a long awards season. By the time the show airs on March 15th, one of the Best Picture nominees will be over a year old. Throughout all the pre-show events and parties, discussions have unfortunately shifted from the films themselves to things like Timothée Chalamet’s views on ballet and opera, and whether Jessie Buckley likes cats.
Ultimately, all the pre-show talk won’t matter when the awards are presented on Sunday, especially when it comes to Best Picture. The competition has really come down to two films: Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another and Ryan Coogler’s Sinners, and recent awards from critics’ groups and guilds have consistently highlighted those two as the frontrunners. Before the ceremony begins, you can find ScreenRant’s reviews of all the Best Picture nominees below.

It’s an incredibly immersive experience!

It explores the life of a man living under Brazil’s military dictatorship, and delves into the political and personal struggles of a turbulent time.
