Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt were first seen together in March when photos surfaced of them kissing during a trip to Palm Beach. They quickly confirmed their relationship, delighting fans with their happy appearances at an NBA game. A source revealed to People that the couple has talked about getting engaged after their baby is born.
Pete and Elsie are deeply committed to each other and have discussed getting married. While they plan to get engaged eventually, they’re taking their time and aren’t feeling any pressure to hurry.
It’s understandable why they aren’t rushing into marriage. Although their pregnancy announcement in July might suggest things are moving quickly, it’s only been seven months since then.
A second source reported a similar status, saying:
[They are] very in love and right now their focus is on welcoming a healthy baby.
Okay, so Elsie Hewitt and Pete Davidson are clearly loving this whole getting-ready-to-be-parents thing. And Pete? He’s really preparing. After Megan Fox gave birth to their baby in March, Machine Gun Kelly jokingly commented on the pregnancy announcement, saying he’s already looking forward to playdates with the new little one.
The musician revealed he and Pete Davidson frequently discuss being fathers and imagine taking their kids for stroller walks. He joked that this would only happen if Megan Fox and Elsie Hewitt were comfortable with it, as he suspects the mothers might be hesitant about letting them handle things.
It sounds like Elsie Hewitt will need to get along with Machine Gun Kelly if she wants to marry Pete Davidson – the two seem to be inseparable! It’s lovely that Pete and Elsie are already discussing marriage, but it’s also good they’re taking their time and not feeling pressured to rush into anything.
