Dragon Ball Super Finally Unites Gogeta and Vegito

The introduction of fusion as a power-up mechanic revolutionized the series. Although it hasn’t been a frequent occurrence, a recent release has finally combined two of the most powerful characters who can fuse.

Gogeta and Vegito from Dragon Ball are now available as Clearise figures, a new line from Bandai’s Banpresto. Originally created as prizes for Japanese arcade games (where players use a claw to try and win them), these figures are now being released internationally for fans to collect.

The images showcase both warriors transformed into Super Saiyans, sporting their unique fusion outfits: Gogeta with his Metamoran vest and Vegito in his blue gi and Potara earrings. You can view the official pictures below.

Dragon Ball Reveals New Vegito and Gogeta Bandai Clearise Figures

These new figures, originally prizes for Japanese crane games, are now available for preorder online for collectors worldwide. Announced as a set, Gogeta and Vegito are sold separately for $28.99 each and will be released in April 2026. Standing around 9.1 inches tall and made of sturdy plastic, they’re the same size as other figures in this collection.

The Clearise line, created by Bandai, is special because it uses see-through parts and carefully applied paint to create realistic color effects. This differs from typical vinyl figures and is designed to capture the energy and feel of battles from the Dragon Ball series.

The Clearise figure line for Dragon Ball began in 2021 with a Super Saiyan Blue Goku figure, and more characters were added over time with regular releases. This new figure of Vegito isn’t the first Clearise version – a Super Saiyan Blue Vegito figure was released previously.

Vegito and Gogeta Are the Strongest Fusion Characters in the Dragon Ball Universe

Gogeta and Vegito are both powerful forms created when Goku and Vegeta fuse together. Gogeta is made using a special dance, while Vegito is created with the Potara earrings. Both fusions have been essential in defeating incredibly strong enemies throughout the Dragon Ball series.

Vegito first appeared in Dragon Ball Z during the fight against Majin Buu, created as a last-ditch effort to defeat the powerful Buuhan. Goku and Vegeta combined their power using the Potara earrings given to them by the Old Kai, resulting in a fusion warrior who had a personality blending Vegeta’s confidence with Goku’s strategic thinking. Despite being a fan favorite, Vegito didn’t reappear until , where he achieved the Super Saiyan Blue form to fight Fused Zamasu.

Although the Fusion Dance, first seen with Goten and Trunks during the Majin Buu storyline, could have created Gogeta, he didn’t originally appear in the Dragon Ball manga. He first showed up in the 1995 movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn, quickly defeating the villain Janemba. Later, Gogeta returned as a Super Saiyan 4 in the final episodes of Dragon Ball GT to fight Omega Shenron. It wasn’t until the movie Dragon Ball Super: Broly that Gogeta officially became part of the main Dragon Ball story.
