A special episode of The Big Bang Theory universe series will air on Thursday, March 12th. The episode focuses on Georgie (Montana Jordan) turning a significant age, and his wife, Mandy (Emily Osment), going overboard with the birthday festivities.
Mandy Is Out of Control at Georgie’s 21st Birthday Party
The second season of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, a spin-off from The Big Bang Theory, premiered on CBS on October 16, 2025. Midway through the season, CBS renewed the show for a third season, ensuring its continuation. Since its debut, this Big Bang Theory spin-off has proven popular, attracting strong viewership and positive feedback.
Last week on the show, Mandy took a big risk with her career. While reporting on a church carnival, she suggested that God could be a woman, which upset many viewers and led to complaints. Instead of apologizing, Mandy was suspended from her job. She agreed to discuss the situation on air with Pastor Jeff, where she was supposed to take back what she said. However, thinking about what message she wanted to send to her daughter, Mandy unexpectedly quit her job live on television, leaving her colleagues stunned.
Created by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage stars Montana Jordan and Emily Osment in the lead roles. The show also features Will Sasso as Mandy’s father, Jim McAllister, Rachel Bay Jones as Mandy’s mother, Audrey McAllister, Dougie Baldin as Mandy’s brother Connor, and Jessie Prez as Georgie’s coworker Ruben, who both work at Jim’s auto shop.
Young Sheldon Stars Pop Up in the Spinoff
Several actors from Young Sheldon have appeared in the spinoff series, including Zoey Perry as Mary Cooper, Raegan Revord as Missy, and Lance Barber as George. While Iain Armitage, who played Sheldon, hasn’t been in the show yet—his character lives in California—the new series Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage could finally open the door for his return.
The latest episode of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage will air on CBS Thursday, March 12th, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Previous episodes are available to stream on Paramount+.
