Disney Slashes Disney+ & Hulu Bundle Price by 62%

Okay, so this is wild! Even though it’s nowhere near Black Friday, Disney just dropped a huge deal combining Disney+ and Hulu at a seriously discounted price. Apparently, they’re doing this before they fully merge the two streaming services – it’s like they’re giving us a sneak peek of what’s to come, and a good reason to sign up now!

Right now, you can get both Disney+ and Hulu with ads for a significantly reduced price – 62% off! For the first three months, it costs just $4.99 a month, which is $8 cheaper than the usual $12.99. Keep in mind that the price will return to normal after those three months. This offer is available in the U.S. to new and some returning customers and runs from March 5th to March 24th.

The Discount Comes Ahead of Zootopia 2’s Arrival

Disney+ is getting several new additions this month, including the animated sequel Zootopia 2. Zootopia 2 broke records, becoming Disney’s highest-grossing animated film with over $1.85 billion earned globally, and will be available to stream on March 11th. On March 24th, look for the release of a highly anticipated new title, along with a special celebrating the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana.

Hulu will release the fourth season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on March 12th. On March 15th, subscribers can also watch a live stream of the 98th episode of Conan O’Brien’s show. Later in the month, on March 27th, Vince Vaughn’s new comedy Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice will be available to stream. Additionally, Hulu will be adding the films Garfield (March 21st) and Sentimental Value (March 23rd).

Disney plans to combine Disney+ and Hulu into one streaming app in 2026. However, U.S. customers will still have the option to subscribe to Disney+ and Hulu separately. According to Disney CEO Bob Iger, bringing the two services together will make things easier for viewers and create a single, more efficient platform. This combination will also allow Disney to sell more advertising packages that include both services.

Disney+ and Hulu Will Be Merged Into a Single App

Disney is combining Disney+ and Hulu into one app, a move announced last fall by CEO Bob Iger and CFO Hugh Johnston. They explained that this will offer subscribers a comprehensive entertainment experience, bringing together top-tier movies and shows, general entertainment, family-friendly content, news, and leading live sports, all in one place.

You can now get a discount on both Disney+ and Hulu! Sign up before the offer ends on March 24th.
