
Viewers have expressed disappointment with how the character Kayce Dutton has been portrayed in the Yellowstone spinoff on CBS. However, the upcoming spinoff focusing on Beth and Rip, titled The Dutton Ranch, appears to be heading in a different direction. Producer David Glasser has stated it will capture the same intense and dramatic feel as the original Yellowstone series.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, show creator Taylor Sheridan revealed that the upcoming series, The Dutton Ranch, currently being filmed in Texas, will be packed with action, including many deaths and shootings. He promised viewers can expect ‘a lot of crazy stuff‘ to happen.
Glasser hinted that the upcoming story will be both thrilling and focused on character development. He explained, “It’s great that viewers want to enjoy the journey with these characters, but also see them evolve and change.”
These shows are always a wild ride! There’s usually plenty of action, like people getting hurt or worse, and just when you think things can’t get any more intense, they do.
The Dutton Ranch Is Yellowstone’s Next Spinoff
Chad Feehan is the showrunner for the new series, The Dutton Ranch. Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser will star as their popular characters Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, and Finn Little will be back as Carter.
