Crispin Glover is famous for playing George McFly in the 1985 film Back to the Future, a movie many consider a classic. He played the father of Marty McFly, the main character, and had a crucial role in the story as Marty tries to ensure his parents fall in love after traveling back to 1955. Beyond this popular 80s film, Glover has often been a controversial figure, and he’s currently facing a lawsuit alleging serious criminal behavior.
According to Entertainment Weekly, actor Crispin Glover is facing a lawsuit from a former model who claims he committed several offenses. The model, who lives with autism and related mood disorders and is originally from the UK, alleges battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, emotional distress, and a violation of her civil rights. The lawsuit, filed on February 25th in California, claims Glover interfered with her legal rights.
The report states that Glover brought the plaintiff to the United States with promises of a job as his assistant and a place to live. However, she claims he then tracked, assaulted, and pressured her into becoming his live-in girlfriend and being sexually exploited. This follows years of online communication and messaging that began in 2015, as outlined in the legal complaint.

The plaintiff is requesting a jury trial and financial compensation, but Glover’s lawyer strongly denied the claims, calling them unfounded. According to a statement, Glover was the victim of an assault in March 2024, which was investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department, and he plans to fight the lawsuit.
On March 2, 2024, Donald Glover was attacked at his home in Los Angeles by Jane Doe. He immediately called the police, who investigated and arrested Ms. Doe. This incident is officially documented in police records and supported by the restraining order Mr. Glover filed against her. Mr. Glover plans to strongly defend himself against this lawsuit and believes it is completely false and will be proven so in court.
According to the report, Donald Glover filed a restraining order against an ex-partner in 2024, but the case was dropped because he didn’t show up for the court hearing. So far, neither Glover nor the person who filed the lawsuit has made any public statement about it.
