Julia Louis-Dreyfus has booked her next big role.
The acclaimed actress and comedian will lead a new series for Apple TV, her biggest television role since Veep. While best known for hilarious performances in shows like Veep and Seinfeld, she’s also starred in the sitcom The New Adventures of Old Christine and will appear in the upcoming Marvel movie Thunderbolts.
According to Variety, Louis-Dreyfus will lead a new limited series based on the New York Magazine article “The Nanny Squatter” by Bindu Bansinath. She’ll star alongside Cecily Strong in the show, which Apple is likely to approve and move forward with.
