It also received critical acclaim, winning awards like Best Makeup at the Oscars and Golden Globes, as well as Best International Film and Outstanding Film at the Saturn Awards.
Although the film isn’t widely known today, it’s highly regarded by those who have seen it. Critics particularly appreciate its moving story, unique approach, and strong acting, which convincingly portrays the lives of early humans. It currently holds an 88% rating on the Tomatometer.

I really think everyone should see Quest for Fire.
