Keanu Reeves, known for his role in John Wick and surprisingly still considered by many to be an underappreciated action star, has suggested he might revisit one of his popular film series. The actor, who is also a skilled martial artist, has appeared in several successful franchises like Ninja, Ip Man, Undisputed, The Expendables, and John Wick, and now implies he’s open to more action-packed, comic book-inspired stories.
The action thriller, released in 2018, stars Scott Adkins as Mike Fallon, a highly skilled hitman known as the ‘Accident Man’ because he makes murders look like accidents. When his girlfriend is killed, Fallon sets out to avenge her death. The film generally received positive reviews, earning a 71% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
I was so excited to see Scott Adkins respond to a fan on X (formerly Twitter) who was raving about his fight scene in Accident Man! He basically confirmed that Accident Man 3 is happening – he said they’re ‘currently cooking’ which sounds like things are moving forward. I heard MovieWeb reached out to him for more details, so hopefully we’ll get some official news soon!
Fans are excited about the possibility of Mike Fallon returning in Accident Man 3. One user on X praised the Accident Man films as “wildly creative and fun,” while another expressed eagerness for another installment featuring Scott Adkins. The films are based on a comic series by Pat Mills and Tony Skinner, with art by Martin Emond, providing a wealth of material for a third movie that many fans are hoping to see.

The Accident Man series is popular, and while the third film is generating a lot of buzz, many fans consider Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday to be the strongest entry so far. It earned an impressive 81% score from critics and 77% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, setting a high bar for the new installment. However, Scott Adkins is sure to give it his all in Accident Man 3.
Featuring Scott Adkins, Perry Benson, Sarah Chang, and the late Ray Stevenson in his final released performance, Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday continues the story of the skilled assassin. This time, he’s tasked with protecting a mafia boss’s son, saving his friend, and trying to connect with his eccentric mentor – all while competing against the world’s deadliest killers. With fast-paced action and a tight 90-minute runtime, the Accident Man series delivers exactly what it promises: pure, straightforward entertainment.
