I’m so excited for Season 4 of Bridgerton! It’s based on Julia Quinn’s An Offer From A Gentleman, and this time the story focuses on Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, and this really intriguing woman, Sophie Baek, who goes by Lady in Silver and is played by Yerin Ha. Benedict’s been a bit lost, and I’m really curious to see how their chance meeting – she’s a mysterious masked woman! – will change things for him.
The first part of Bridgerton Season 4 has received mixed reactions. While critics generally liked it, giving it an 80% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, audiences haven’t been as impressed, with a current score of only 43%.
Everyone is buzzing about the newest season of Bridgerton, but opinions seem split, judging by its Rotten Tomatoes score. Seasons 1 and 3 both received an 87% rating, while season 2 is the lowest rated at 78%. According to Liz Hersey of ScreenRant, the first part of season 4 is a “total fairy tale,” and the connection between Benedict and Sophie feels like a perfect modern “Cinderella story.”
