He referenced a bit where he jokingly pretended to have an accident, with both the simulated mess and his groin area being blurred when he removed his pants. He then playfully brought up this incident, saying:

I noticed a prominent physical feature and jokingly considered how its depiction might affect scoring – subtracting points for showing something unpleasant, but adding points for showing something else. I then playfully commented on someone’s head size.

Paul Rudd seemed surprised by the unexpected turn the conversation took, but he played along with it, jokingly covering himself and glancing at the camera.
