While it didn’t become as popular as shows like Scrubs or Rick and Morty, The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy is a truly worthwhile show. The show’s creator, Cirocco Dunlap, wants to make a third season, suggesting more episodes are possible. However, Prime Video hasn’t officially announced whether season 3 is happening yet.

The show hasn’t been officially canceled, but the lack of news suggests Amazon may be satisfied with just two seasons. However, there’s still a small chance we might see another season of The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy.
