Rumors about a standalone Wolverine movie have circulated before, but recent reports suggest Marvel is serious about bringing the character back in a big way as they move beyond their current ‘Multiverse Saga’ storyline, which will conclude with ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’.
A key question surrounding the upcoming Wolverine project is who will be the main lead. While Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his role as Logan in ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ it’s unknown if the project will focus solely on his version of the character.
