As a huge Taylor Swift fan, I’ve been loving the The End of an Era docuseries on Disney+. It’s amazing to finally get a peek behind the curtain of the Eras Tour and see how everything came together, plus the new concert footage is incredible! But things got a little awkward for Alix Earle. Apparently, over a million people saw her repost a clip from the doc that featured her ex-boyfriend – definitely not the kind of behind-the-scenes moment she probably wanted to share!
In the third episode of the Disney+ documentary The End of an Era, Alix Earle is shown attending a Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert with her then-boyfriend, Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios. A TikTok user, ashleykkoenig, captured a clip of the moment and shared how surprised she was to see it, writing, “I never thought I’d see myself in the Eras Tour documentary, let alone with my ex!” You can watch the clip below.

The Dancing with the Stars finalist clearly saw the clip, sharing it online where it quickly gained over a million views. One social media user jokingly wondered if at least Alix Earle being included in the documentary was a win.
Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios dated for two years before splitting up in early December. The breakup happened shortly after Alix competed on Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, where she and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy finished as runners-up to Robert Irwin and Witney Carson.
The TikTok creator announced their breakup in a sad video, explaining that being far apart because of work was the main reason. She said:
Braxton and I have broken up. We’ve been in a long-distance relationship since June, and it’s been hard not being able to see each other much. It’s been really tough on me.
Alix Earle explained that filming Dancing with the Stars in Los Angeles helped her prioritize her own well-being. While she still cares for NFL player Braxton Berrios, she realized she wasn’t able to give him what he needed in a relationship.
Just a few weeks later, she was immortalized alongside the wide receiver in a publication called The End of an Era.

Given the positive way Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios have handled their breakup, hopefully they’ll both be able to remember this time with good feelings in the future.
