Ruthye enjoyed a peaceful and happy childhood with her family – her mother, father, and brothers. However, this tranquility was destroyed when a man named Krem of the Yellow Hills arrived. Following a disagreement with Ruthye’s father about loyalty to the King, Krem violently attacked and killed him, showing no regret.

Ruthye finds her father dead, a sword lying beside him – the weapon that caused his death. Seeing the sword as a message from a higher power, she takes it and vows to avenge him.

The situation becomes even more striking when we learn that the King actually sent Krem to see who would remain loyal to his new rule. Krem’s job was essentially to identify and eliminate those who disagreed with the King, and this discovery leads Ruthye to oppose the monarchy, seeing it as a cruel and oppressive power.

Ruthye realizes she can’t face the dangers coming her way by herself and needs someone powerful to help. That’s where Supergirl comes in, even though she’s initially a bit unsteady on her feet. Ruthye Will Be One Of The Most Important Characters In The Supergirl Movie

Ruthye and Supergirl have a complicated and emotional connection in the comic books, and it’s currently unclear how their story will unfold in the movie. However, the Supergirl trailer reveals that Ruthye will be in the film, played by actress Eve Ridley.

I’ve been seeing Ridley in a few things lately – she was in The Witcher and 3 Body Problem, which were cool – but this new role feels like it’s going to be the one that really puts her on the map.
