This franchise is truly exceptional filmmaking. What many don’t realize is that it’s also based on incredibly engaging comic books. The recent re-release of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair – a nearly five-hour action film that came to theaters on December 5, 2025 – has reminded audiences just how brilliant Quentin Tarantino’s work is.

The story centers on a group of former stars who have been kidnapped and imprisoned in a dangerous, brutal jungle.
