Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe theme park opened on May 22, 2025, but will complete its first full year of operation in 2026. If you’re planning a trip and want to find the best deals, thatparkplace.com has identified the five least expensive times to visit in 2026, as well as the dates when prices are typically highest.

5. The $169 Dollar Dates

On the Epic Universe price calendar a few weeks land in the “just below $170” price point.

Tickets are available for $169 per person, per day on these dates: February 9-11 and 23-26. From April 20 to May 14, tickets are $169 on weekdays only. Other dates with $169 tickets (excluding weekends) include August 10-16, October 5-8 and 19-30, and November 9-12.

4. $164 Dollar Dates

Throughout the year, tickets are available for $164 on certain dates. From January 5th to 29th, tickets are $164 Monday through Thursday, except for January 19th, which is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Tickets are also $164 from February 2nd to 5th.

The $164 ticket price will be available on weekdays from August 17th to 28th, and again from September 28th to October 1st, 2026. From December 7th to 10th, you’ll have one last chance to get tickets at this price for the year.

3. Select Dates November – And Early December

As a movie buff always on the lookout for deals, I was excited to see some dates in November and December 2026 where the price drops to just $159 per person, per day! Specifically, November 2nd through 4th, and the 16th through the 19th, are all available at that rate.

November 30-December 3 also sees the $159 tickets.

2. Mid September $144 – $149

September 14-7 Epic Universe will cost you $144 per person, per day.

Tickets will cost $149 from September 21st to 24th. Weekend prices during those dates will range from $164 to $179.

1. The Least Expensive Week of the Year

The most affordable time to visit Epic Universe will be the week before Labor Day in 2026, offering the lowest prices of the year. Tickets will be just $139 each from Monday, August 31st to Thursday, September 3rd, and again from September 8th to 10th.

It’s just seven days during 2026, but traveling then could save you a lot of money!

The Most Expensive Time to Visit Epic Universe in 2026 Is…

It’s no surprise that visiting Universal’s Epic Universe is most expensive during the Christmas holiday season. Expect to pay up to $199 per person, per day during this popular time.

From December 12th to 20th, tickets cost between $184 and $189. From December 21st to 23rd, the price increases to $194. And for the rest of December, tickets are $199 per person each day.

Tickets for January 1-3, 2026 cost $194 per day, and prices are expected to be similar in January 2027. Prices also increase to between $184 and $194 during the popular spring break weeks in late March and early April, so traveling at a different time could save you money.

From late May through July, tickets to Epic Universe generally cost $179, though some days are priced at $174.
