The streaming service, owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, currently shows the film at number 10 on its list of most popular movies among U.S. viewers.

Seth Grahame-Smith, the author of the original book, also wrote the screenplay for the movie. Timur Bekmambetov directed the film, which featured Anthony Mackie as William Johnson and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Mary Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln’s wife.
In a review for ScreenRant, Ben Kendrick notes that Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter doesn’t perfectly blend historical accuracy with supernatural horror. However, he believes viewers willing to embrace the film’s outlandish premise will find it enjoyable, with plenty of entertaining scenes. Despite its silliness at times, Kendrick found the core idea engaging, and the action-packed vampire hunts consistently raised the stakes.
