Although CBS’s FBI has been loosely connected to Dick Wolf’s television universe since its second season, the current eighth season is doing well on its own, without needing weekly crossovers with the One Chicago and Law & Order shows on NBC. It has some genuinely creepy moments, but honestly, it might just be the strangest movie I’ve seen this decade.
