What’s been really enjoyable about Daredevil: Born Again is how realistic and down-to-earth it is, focusing on street-level crime within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After so many recent projects dealing with huge, universe-spanning threats since Avengers: Endgame, it’s a welcome change to see a story that doesn’t involve alternate realities or time travel.

Arty Froushan, who plays Buck Cashman in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series—the right-hand man to Wilson Fisk (played by Vincent D’Onofrio)—was recently featured in a social media post. A fan on X (formerly Twitter) shared a picture of Froushan with a handgun next to a photo of James Bond, captioning it “hear me out.” D’Onofrio responded simply with, “I agree.” Many other fans have also expressed their approval of the show’s casting choices, with one commenting that the connection “makes perfect sense.”

Everyone tends to have a favorite Legend of Zelda game based on which one they played when they were younger. Whether it’s Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, or another great title in the series, timing often plays a big role in what resonates most with people.

I’m so excited for Avengers: Doomsday! Past movies really highlighted characters like Blade, Elektra, and the Fantastic Four – all from the 20th Century Fox days – alongside the main Avengers. But this time, it’s going to be different. The X-Men are finally taking center stage, and we’re going to see a lot of familiar faces from the original trilogy playing major roles. It’s about time!

I’ve been completely hooked by this movie about a woman meeting her fiancé’s family right before the wedding – it’s darkly funny and has this incredible, unsettling feeling that something awful is about to go down. But honestly, what really kept me watching wasn’t just the weirdness, it was one character in particular who just radiated pure, simmering anger. They were absolutely infuriating, and I couldn’t look away!

Although there are many great coming-of-age stories, one often overlooked film truly stands out. The Edge of Seventeen is a fantastic movie, even though it wasn’t a big box office success or an awards favorite.
