Man, the DCEU had a pretty wild run over the last ten years. They made a bunch of movies, but so many cool projects just never happened. I was really hoping for a Nightwing film and a sequel to Man of Steel for ages! It felt like a lot of missed chances, and honestly, it probably contributed to why it all wrapped up with Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom in 2023. Even though things were rocky, movies like Shazam! and The Suicide Squad actually gave me hope for a bit. There was one other project they were working on that I think could have really turned things around and maybe even saved the whole franchise before Warner Bros. decided to reboot it.

When people think of dragons on TV, the show Game of Thrones immediately comes to mind. This is due to the show’s popularity and the central role of Daenerys Targaryen, a queen who commands dragons. Her character enables many spectacular scenes featuring these magnificent creatures.

Netflix is adding some classic films this December! You can already find titles like Train Dreams, A House of Dynamite, and Frankenstein, and Jay Kelly and Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery are on their way. These additions will bring a lot of important movies to the platform, though it’s unclear how long they’ll be available.

The popular sitcom How I Met Your Mother first aired on September 19, 2005. Although the initial season received mixed reactions, later seasons were universally loved by both critics and audiences. Unfortunately, fans will soon no longer be able to stream the show on Netflix, as it’s being removed on December 3rd, according to What’s on Netflix.

A special preview of the film The Odyssey – almost six minutes long – will be shown before IMAX showings of Sinners and One Battle After Another starting December 12th. Then, beginning December 19th, the official trailer for The Odyssey will play before screenings of Avatar: Fire and Ash.

A new Punisher comic series is coming in February 2026 from Marvel, and it will bring back one of Frank Castle’s deadliest foes. Written by Benjamin Percy with art by José Louis Soares, the series will see Frank Castle forced to confront his past, and it will also resurrect Jigsaw.
