Given the show featured many well-known actors, it’s surprising that Tara didn’t get more attention. The acting is consistently good, but the series also boasts a clever idea, characters you won’t forget, and excellent scripts. Even now, 15 years after it first aired, United States of Tara is definitely worth watching all the way through.
In the series Wonder Man, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II plays Simon Williams, an actor struggling to find success. The third episode, ‘The Barrel Of Clothes At The Party,’ reveals a tense relationship between Simon and his brother Eric, who constantly criticizes him and resents the financial support he receives from their mother. This pressure causes Simon to lose control of his abilities, resulting in accidental damage to his mother’s newly renovated kitchen.
McDonald’s Happy Meals in February 2026 will include toys from two popular transforming robot series: Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion and Tomica Heroes Jobraver. Shinkalion robots transform from trains, and this is the newest collaboration featuring the series, currently available in McDonald’s Japan.
