The fifth and final season of the popular Netflix series Stranger Things has been packed with exciting twists and increasing tension. The last episodes, set to release on December 31st, will reveal more about the show’s history and mysteries. Beyond finally explaining the truth about the Upside Down, the season will also shed light on why Will disappeared in the first season.

As a big fantasy fan, 2025 was an amazing year for the genre! It’s currently the most-watched show on the streaming service. Originally debuting on The WB in 2005, the dark fantasy series moved to The CW after its first season and continued there for another 14 seasons.

Sources say the first official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday will likely debut during the Super Bowl on February 8, 2026. Marvel Studios seems to be planning a huge launch for the trailer’s release.
