
While James Gunn’s DC Universe is underway, one project has already been axed for the time being.
Colin Farrell, known for his role as the Penguin in The Batman, recently discussed the cancelled Sgt. Rock movie he was supposed to star in. He shared details about the project during an interview on the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast.
That script was amazing! I’m curious about its current status. I haven’t heard anything about it recently. I had originally planned to work on it with Luca – we discussed it a few times and had great conversations. I don’t know what’s happening with it now, but it’s a truly excellent piece and deserves to be produced. It’s full of really wonderful material.
