It’s a challenging task to create a Batman film that feels fresh and different from all the previous ones, especially with Robert Pattinson continuing his own Batman series. This difficulty in finding the right approach probably explains the project’s current standstill.
When Will The Brave And The Bold Finally Move Forward?
There’s some encouraging news regarding The Brave and the Bold! Director Andy Muschietti recently mentioned he’ll be able to share more details in a couple of months. While this doesn’t confirm anything about the script yet, it suggests things are moving forward with the DCU Batman movie, and we might hear significant updates soon.
Even if The Brave and the Bold starts production soon, its release date needs to be far enough away from The Batman 2, which is scheduled for October 2027.
