Millie Bobby Brown and Rachel Brosnahan Developing Netflix Series ‘Prism’

Look, Millie Bobby Brown *is* Eleven. She’s practically defined a generation with that role in *Stranger Things*, and it’s wild to think this final season is really happening. But honestly, I’m not worried about her at all. She’s already got a ton lined up, including a new Netflix series called *Prism* where she’ll not only star but also be an executive producer. It’s a supernatural show and she’s working with someone from the *Superman* universe, which is cool. Plus, she’s reuniting with the Russo brothers – the guys who directed that huge, and let’s just say *talked-about*, sci-fi film she was in recently. She’s clearly building a really interesting career beyond Hawkins.

Rachel Brosnahan, recently praised for her role as Lois Lane in the new *Superman* movie, will also be an executive producer on the upcoming Netflix series *Prism*. Her production company, Scrap Paper Pictures, which she started in 2020, will be involved, along with Assemble Media and AGBO—the company run by directors Joe and Anthony Russo (known for their work on *Avengers: Doomsday* and *Secret Wars*). Several individuals from AGBO and Assemble Media will also be executive producers. This is Brosnahan’s second project working with AGBO, following *The Electric State* earlier this year.

I’m really excited about this new show, *Prism*! It’s based on a story by Nick Shafir, and it stars Brown as Cassie, a woman who can actually talk to ghosts. The premise is that ghosts are suddenly appearing everywhere, and she has to figure out why before it’s too late. What’s even cooler is that Etan Frankel – who’s worked on amazing shows like *Shameless*, *Animal Kingdom*, and *Friday Night Lights* – is running the show. He even created the *Joe vs. Carole* series for Peacock, which was a wild take on the Joe Exotic story. I think he’s going to bring a lot to *Prism*.

Millie Bobby Brown Has Several Projects in the Pipeline

Netflix

The final season of *Stranger Things* will be released in two parts on Netflix. The first four episodes will be available starting November 26th, and the remaining episodes (five through seven) and the series finale will premiere on December 31st, coinciding with both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Meanwhile, Millie Bobby Brown is already starting new projects, with five currently listed on her IMDb page, plus a newly announced film called *Prism* that won’t conflict with her existing commitments.

Millie Bobby Brown is close to signing on to play Olympic gymnast Kerri Strug in a new biopic called *Perfect*, and she’s also set to produce the film. It’s expected to stream on Netflix, where Brown has already starred in *Damsel* and *The Electric State*. She’s also filming the third *Enola Holmes* movie and a romantic comedy with Gabriel LaBelle, who appeared in *The Fabelmans*. So, audiences will have plenty of opportunities to see Brown in new roles after she finishes her work on *Stranger Things*.
