The highly anticipated 23rd season of NCIS will begin on the 2025 TV schedule with a poignant start, picking up after the dramatic Season 22 finale where Parker discovered his father had been murdered. Alongside dealing with this and many other challenging cases, the cast prioritizes having fun off-camera. Stars Katrina Law and Wilmer Valderrama recently marked National Coffee Day in a delightful way, and Valderrama even showed off some dance moves.
On Monday, Valderrama took to Instagram to share a funny video of himself and his co-star for the holiday. Law was in a food truck and handed him a cup of coffee, telling him, “Don’t forget to shake it.” Valderrama put his hips to good use and was certainly shaking it up, even captioning the video, “Tell me you’re Latino without telling me…”

It’s absolutely hilarious watching Valderrama get so into it and move his hips so perfectly! Seeing that, with just a few seconds of Elvis Crespo’s “Suavemente” playing in the background before he suddenly stops and walks away like normal, honestly might be my favorite video ever. I really need to know how many takes it took Law and Valderrama to film this without laughing, but I’m completely obsessed with it either way.
Let me tell you, watching Wilmer Valderrama juggle everything, I’m guessing he’s running on pure caffeine right now! He and his wife, Amanda Pacheco, recently had their second child, and the outpouring of support from other celebrities was lovely to see. They became parents for the first time in 2021, and honestly, with two little ones to care for, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s practically living off coffee just to stay awake and keep his energy up. He’s probably shaking a little, but you know, that’s just good parenting!

As you might notice in the video, Valderrama and Law are currently filming Season 23 of NCIS, which will begin airing on October 14th. This marks the first-ever NCIS Tuesday! Beyond dealing with the fallout from Parker’s father’s death and uncovering more about the Lily storyline, there’s plenty to anticipate, including a crossover event with NCIS and NCIS: Origins in November. Currently, all we know is that the teams are investigating a case stretching back many years, and details on which characters will be involved in the crossover haven’t been released yet.
We can expect more behind-the-scenes content from the cast before the show starts, and it’s really building my anticipation to see the characters again soon – maybe even do a little dancing! While Torres might not move his hips quite like Valderrama, he’s back when NCIS Season 23 premieres on Tuesday, October 14th at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
