After our ship gets shot down, me and the others who made it – Shang-Chi, Katy, Valkyrie, and I – ended up joining forces with the people at Kamar-Taj. They’re working with Spider-Man and Ant-Man, and together we’re trying to figure out how to deal with everything.

Eventually, the different groups join forces to stop Wanda Maximoff, also known as The Queen of the Dead. She intends to exploit Kamala’s abilities and drain the power from Bruce Banner/The Hulk, who has been weakened since taking on energy from the Infinity Stones. (These powerful stones were destroyed when Black Panther made the ultimate sacrifice to defeat a zombie version of Thanos.) The combined team confronts Wanda and her army, but the battle is devastating, and Kamala is forced to watch as many of her friends fall in combat.

Look, I’m a huge Marvel fan, and while a second season of *Marvel Zombies* isn’t guaranteed, I’m really hoping it happens. But if it does, please, please let’s see what’s going on *outside* of zombie Earth! I’m fascinated by how the rest of the galaxy is reacting to all this, and what life is like for those who *aren’t* dealing with a full-blown undead crisis. I’d even love a flashback showing how the Nova Corps made the call to quarantine everything – that backstory feels really important to me.

I tend to be hopeful, so I believe there are people both inside and outside the Nova Corps who feel it was wrong to abandon Earth and its survivors. It’s possible someone like Rhomann Dey felt the same way and is still trying to help them.

It’s hard to say if we’ll see more stories in this zombie universe, especially with Marvel making fewer TV shows than before. However, the way the show ended leaves things open for potential future seasons, and it seems likely whether or not we get more will depend on how many people watched.
