Emma Myers Wants 2 Changes to Be Made In Wednesday Season 3

As a huge fan of *Wednesday*, I was really excited to hear Emma Myers, who plays Wednesday Addams, has some thoughts on where she’d like to see her character’s story go in Season 3! Netflix has already given the show the green light for another season, even before we finished Season 2 (the second half just dropped on September 3rd), so everyone’s buzzing about what changes and adventures might be coming up. It’s cool that Emma has some ideas about how things could evolve, and I’m eager to see what the writers come up with!

The season finale of *Wednesday* ended with the main characters in interesting situations, especially Enid (Emma Myers). In the last episode, she transformed into a powerful werewolf to help Wednesday, then disappeared, leaving everyone wondering where she went. Myers recently told Radio Times what she’s hoping for in Season 3, sharing two key changes she’d like to see happen.

Many fans, like actress Emma Myers, are hoping to see Enid move beyond being a werewolf in Season 3. Myers explained that Enid’s caring nature led her to willingly sacrifice her transformation for her friend Wednesday (Jenna Ortega) in the finale – it was an easy decision given how close the two are.

Enid is incredibly selfless, so she didn’t need much convincing to help Wednesday. It was an easy decision for her – she naturally wanted to save her best friend. She faced a clear choice: remain human and risk Wednesday’s life, or sacrifice some of her own humanity to ensure Wednesday’s survival. As for Season 3, I hope my character doesn’t remain a werewolf indefinitely.

Myers also suggested a positive change for the characters: she hopes they’ll stop constantly fighting and start becoming friends.

“I just hope that none of us are at each other’s throats anymore. I hope we can be friends.”

Season two of *Wednesday* featured several new conflicts at Nevemore Academy. One rivalry developed between Enid and Wednesday’s obsessive new fan, Agnes. Meanwhile, Enid found herself caught in a love triangle with her boyfriend, Ajax, and a new werewolf named Bruno, creating more drama within the friend group.

In Season 2, Enid met Isadora Capri, played by Billie Piper, who was a new character and the school’s werewolf music teacher. Because Capri was also a werewolf, she and Enid connected as Enid explored her own powers. Jenna Ortega expressed hope for more scenes with Piper in Season 3.

She’s fantastic! She’s incredibly kind, but also a really convincing teacher – she even scolded me on set! I found myself apologizing. She’s a joy to work with, and I really hope we get to collaborate again next season. Plus, her character is just wonderful.

Wednesday features Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, the daughter of the famous Addams Family. The story follows her as she starts attending Nevermore Academy and begins investigating mysterious supernatural events. Created by Al Gough and Miles Millar, the Netflix series also benefits from the direction and executive production of Tim Burton.

Where Will Enid’s Story Go in Wednesday Season 3?

A major focus of *Wednesday* Season 2 was Wednesday trying to help her friend Enid escape a dangerous future she saw in a vision. Surprisingly, Enid ended up saving Wednesday’s life, and now Wednesday owes her one – she needs to help Enid break a spell that’s keeping her permanently transformed into a wolf. With Wednesday now facing a death threat from her aunt, Ophelia, she’ll definitely need Enid’s help in Season 3.

In Season 3, Wednesday, Uncle Fester, and Thing will likely focus all their efforts on finding Enid. After the events of the Season 2 finale, they were shown starting a search for their missing friend, which promises an exciting new direction for the show. This will take Wednesday and the group beyond the familiar grounds of Nevermore Academy and into a completely new environment.

Enid’s story arc in Season 3 expands on the history of werewolves within the show’s universe and hints at the possibility of new abilities for Wednesday’s friend.
